Booking policies

We thank you for choosing Imerovigli Palace for your stay in Santorini.

The online booking engine will give you availability, rates and the option to book immediately.

You will be asked for contact information and payment details.

In order to guarantee the booking, a deposit of 50% via credit card is required. The rest should be paid the day of departure

Your booking is valid as soon as online process is finished.

You will receive a first email with your booking details.

Please note that no online payment will be made. Your credit card will be charged by our frontdesk within 48 hours.

Your booking will be fully confirmed once the payment of the deposit on your credit card is approved.

You will then receive a final confirmation in a second email.

Cancellation policies

Any cancellation is charged 30 Euros. Full deposit (less 30 Euros for cancellation fees) will be returned to customer except in following cases:

Any cancellation within 20 days prior to arrival results in the payment of two nights fee.

Any cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival results in the payment of 50% of the entire booking with a minimum of two nights fee.

No show or early departures, results in 100% payment of the entire booking
